Terms of Service
At Bare Envy, we are committed to providing professional medical aesthetic services in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. To ensure a positive experience for every client, we have established the following Terms of Service. These policies are designed to protect both our clients and our team.
These Terms of Service apply to all interactions with Bare Envy, including appointments, consultations, purchases, memberships, subscriptions, promotions, products, services, advertising, and any communication issued by Bare Envy through any official channel.
In-Clinic Appointments:
Arrival Times:
New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to complete the necessary forms. Returning clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation or Missed appointment:
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee or the forfeiture of one treatment from a prepaid package, where applicable.
Outstanding fees must be paid before any future appointments may be scheduled or performed.
Respectful Conduct:
Bare Envy is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for every client and staff member. Harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, discrimination, verbal abuse, or aggressive conduct toward any member of our team will not be tolerated.
Bare Envy reserves the right to immediately end an appointment, refuse future service, and cancel any remaining appointments or prepaid services without refund where client conduct compromises the safety or wellbeing of our staff or other clients.
Purchases:
Gift Card usage:
Gift certificates issued with bonus value may be redeemed only toward regular-priced laser services unless otherwise stated. Bonus value cannot be combined with promotional pricing or discounts.
Refund Policy:
All service sales, treatment packages, gift cards, memberships, subscriptions, promotional purchases, and skincare products are final sale.
Bare Envy does not provide refunds for services rendered, prepaid services, or unused portions of treatment packages.
At Bare Envy's discretion, eligible services may be exchanged for another service of equal or lesser value. Promotional pricing and bonus treatments are not transferable unless otherwise stated.
Offers, Promotions & Special Pricing
Bare Envy regularly offers promotional pricing, flash offers, package pricing, giveaways, and limited-time events. Unless otherwise stated:
Promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion, package, loyalty reward, gift certificate bonus value, referral credit, or special pricing.
Promotional pricing is valid only for purchases made during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Services purchased during a promotion may be redeemed after the promotional period unless otherwise specified.
If you are unable to purchase before a promotion expires, please contact Bare Envy before the advertised end date. In certain circumstances, Bare Envy may approve a limited extension. Any approved extension must be confirmed by Bare Envy and will include a specific expiry date. Extensions are granted solely at Bare Envy's discretion.
Promotional offers have no cash value and are non-transferable unless specifically stated.
Bare Envy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers at its discretion.
All promotions are subject to availability.
Additional eligibility requirements, exclusions, or conditions may apply.
By purchasing a service or a product, clients acknowledge and agree to the promotional terms in effect at the time of purchase, whether communicated in clinic, online, by email, by text message, or through social media.
Online Ordering:
We currently accept payment through PayPal and Stripe.
When ordering online, please allow 2-4 business days for fulfillment of your order, whether it be a service or a product. You will be notified via email as soon as your item is fulfilled and ready.
We do not offer shipping but if this is something you are interested in, please let us know by sending us an email or by phone.
All items and services are non-refundable and non-returnable. For services only, we can offer an exchange of the same or lesser value. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange, refund, or accept the return any skincare products.
Subscriptions:
Please review the terms of the agreement carefully, as each membership or subscription may have different requirements. Some subscriptions require a minimum commitment period and advance notice to cancel. If you have any questions regarding your subscription, please contact our office.
Privacy Policy:
By submitting any form from Bare Envy, you agree to be contacted by Bare Envy via phone, text, or email regarding your inquiry or interest in our services.
We respect your privacy and will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your details are used solely to provide you with the best possible experience and information from Bare Envy. If you do not wish to be contacted electronically, please feel free to visit us in person at our clinic. Your trust matters to us, and we are committed to keeping your information safe and confidential.
General Terms:
Bare Envy reserves the right to amend, update, interpret, or discontinue these Terms of Service, policies, pricing, promotions, memberships, or packages at its discretion.
Unless otherwise specified, all advertisements, emails, text messages, website content, and social media promotions are subject to the Terms of Service published on the Bare Envy website.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or creates an unsafe environment for our staff or clients.
All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability. A promotion or package does not guarantee eligibility for treatment. If a treatment is determined to be unsuitable, Bare Envy will recommend an appropriate alternative where possible.
While every effort is made to ensure pricing and promotional information is accurate, Bare Envy reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or omissions. Obvious errors do not constitute a binding offer.
Treatment recommendations are based on professional assessment and clinical judgement. Bare Envy reserves the right to recommend, modify, postpone, or decline treatment where it is determined to be in the client’s best interest or where treatment is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, participating in a promotion, or otherwise engaging with Bare Envy, you acknowledge that you ahve read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
